Q1.  What are the steps of using this range of skincare?

A1.   We customised the steps into different skincare types below:

        Normal/Combination Skin Type

        For Day time: Turnover Ampoule > Turnover Cream > UV Protection Cream

        For Night time: Rebalancing Toner > Turnover Ampoule > Turnover Cream

 

        Dry Skin Type

        For Day time: Turnover Ampoule > Nutritive Cream > UV Protection Cream

        For Night time: Rebalancing Toner > Turnover Ampoule > Nutritive Cream

 

        Oily Skin Type

        For Day time: Rebalancing Toner > Turnover Ampoule > Turnover Cream > UV          Protection Cream

Q2.   What is Refine 3 Step Mask and how should I use it?

A2.   Refine 3 Step Mask is a intensive treatment that can be done weekly at home. It helps to reduce clog pores, dull and uneven skin tone. After using the complete set of mask treatment, your skin will appear brighter, clearer and smoother. You can refer to the steps below on how to use the mask.

        1st step:  Use the pre-soaked peeling pad on the skin to exfoliate dead skin                cells for better absorption.

        2nd step: Apply on the 2 sheets of mask for face and neck, ensuring the mask              sheets are adhered to the face contour nicely. Leave the mask on for 15-20                minutes. Remove the mask.

        3rd step: Apply the nourishing cream on the face and neck area. Gently                        massage until the cream is fully absorbed.

 

Q3.   My main concern is fine lines, wrinkles and dry skin. What should I use?

A3.   We will recommend using the Turnover Dual Effect Ampoule and the Turnover Active Cream to help with your skin concerns.

The Turnover Dual Effect Ampoule is formulated with c-PDRN, ceramides and squalane to improve skin regeneration and skin repair, and reduces loss of moisture from the skin. Coupling the ampoule with the Turnover Active Cream to improve skin clarity and  fine lines to smoothen the skin texture for a nice glow. You can refer below for the skincare steps:

Q4.   If I use lipstick or lip gloss, can I still use the Calming Lip Balm?

A4.   Calming Lip Balm can be used under lipstick or lip gloss as a lip primer to ensure smooth application of lipstick or lip gloss. The lip balm can also be applied thickly before you sleep to help with softening of dead skin cells to reduce appearance of lip wrinkles.
